INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

$425 CDN / Three Sessions / One Hour Duration Each / Booked at your discretion, to work on your specific goals.

$1,050 CDN / Eight Sessions / One Hour Duration Each / Booked at your discretion, to work on your specific goals.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS
Individual Coaching Sessions are available on an ‘as needed’ basis, via Zoom, telephone, or ‘in person’.
If you have a specific goals, or area, where work is needed, or if you would like to try a coaching session, prior to considering a package of sessions, this may be an ideal fit, for your needs.
SESSION GUIDELINES
Here are some guidelines, which may be of help. Weekly sessions are recommended, for approximately 1-3 months, if you are struggling with a work / life / emotional / personal / spiritual situation, which you know will likely take time, to work through.
Sessions every 2-3 weeks is recommended for someone who has a general feeling of being ‘stuck’, or ‘unfulfilled’, in any aspect of their lives. However, may want to have a session, and then, go away to do the required work, for some time, before the next session.
Monthly sessions are recommended for someone who is focused on ‘targeted’ changes, that may not require weekly sessions, or for someone who would prefer a ‘touchstone’, to receive guidance, to the work, which you are doing, independently.
Lastly, for someone who would like to ‘check in’, or ‘revisit’, to ensure they are on track, and reaching goals, may want to schedule a session every few months.
