my COACHING FOCUS
My purpose, as a coach, is to uplift people who may be dealing with challenges and struggles in life; to help people to heal from the lack of self love; to encourage people to be their true, authentic selves; to teach people how to maintain a positive mindset; and, to inspire people to find their own life purpose, in alignment with their soul’s path.
Coaching Sessions with Transform You are centered around spirituality, and what that means, is that the focus is on helping you, to develop a relationship, and a connection with your soul. The sessions are not based on any form of organized religion, and it is not required, of you, to adopt my beliefs, if you are working with me, as a client. This is about me, working with you, to help you, to achieve your goals, and by developing a deep connection, with yourself, you have a better understanding of your own wants and needs, as a well as your purpose in this life.
The work that we do together, is to help you clearly identify your wants, needs, and life goals. We will work together to create the path, which is required, to meet those goals and achievements. We will work together, as well, to identify what stands in the path, preventing you, currently, from achieving those goals. We will create a roadmap.
The work that we do, together, is to encourage you to look inward, and develop a spiritual understanding, of your soul’s purpose. I will teach you, some of the tools, which you can use, to tap into your own internal guidance, and compass. The more in alignment, you become, with your soul’s purpose, the greater the sense of fulfillment, and happiness, you will experience in life, and much easier, it will be, to obtain your goals, as you will be working in alignment with your purpose.
WHO BENEFITS FROM LIFE COACHING?
I work with people, who are trying to find their purpose in life, and follow that path. I also work with people who are starting new chapters in their lives, such as a new career, or a new business; starting over after a relationship or divorce; or, trying to focus on themselves, or find themselves, on the heels of being ‘empty nesters’. I work with people, as well, who want to develop a spiritual practice, or their own spirituality, intuition, or, trust and faith, and connection to God / the Universe / Source / Spirit / The Creator / The Divine.
I have helped people walk out of the ashes, and come out the other side, like a phoenix. I have also helped people who need to make their world small, like a cocoon, to focus on their own self care, so they can one day fly.
I work with a wide variety of people, who would like to transform their lives from one filled with negative, struggles, or challenges, and move forward, into one that is authentic, and with purpose, in alignment with their higher self, and with God’s plan for their lives, and the Universe.
I work with people who lack self love in their lives, and who realize many of the struggles, which they have, would shift, merely by learning to love themselves; and develop greater confidence in themselves, and their own abilities; and to connect to God, and God’s unconditional, and never-ending love.
WHAT DOES A COACH DO?
My job is to work alongside you, as a cheerleader, to support you, to inspire you, and offer guidance, and encourage you, to help you to achieve your goals, or work towards achieving a higher version of yourself.
I want to help, and support you, and see you, reach your goals, and transform your life, and move forward, with greater balance, purpose, and connection to your authentic self, God, and the Universe.
God brought you here, for a purpose, and important reasons. He brought you here with special gifts, and the work we will do, will allow that light to shine. You are made with God’s love and God’s light. You will shine.

Whether you have specific goals, you would like to achieve, or, if your goal is to transform your life, into the one of your dreams, and one, which you love, the ‘Transform Your Life’ Package, is specifically designed for personal growth and spiritual development.
Some people do not have a specifically defined goal to achieve. However, they want to grow personally, and spiritually, to be a higher version of themselves. This can be your ‘goal’, working with me, to transform your life to one of purpose; finding the path of one’s soul; developing a spiritual practice; stop negative thinking, limiting beliefs, and codependent behaviors; and to live an authentic life, true to oneself.
My goal is to help you to fall in love with yourself, and appreciate all the amazing unique things that make you, you, and that you came into this life, perfect. You are conditioned through life, picking up negative messages, that create layers of ‘muck’, which prevent you from shining through. We will peel back these negative layers, so that the amazing, beautiful, illuminate, special person, whom you are, can shine, brightly through.
We will work together, to develop your spiritual practice, which will allow you to tap into your own inner guidance, intuition, ancient soul wisdom, and Divine messages. The work we will do will help you to believe more, in yourself, and trust in your own abilities.
My job, as your coach, and my position of servitude, is to work with you, and support you, so you can fly, on your own. The work, that we will do, will allow you to see yourself, through the same eyes, which God sees you.
HOW ARE COACHING SESSIONS OFFERED?
Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions are held ‘one on one’, and are offered via Zoom, telephone, or ‘in person’. I work alongside you, to develop a personalized plan, and roadmap of steps, to meet particular goals, achievements, or shifts in your life, to be the best version of yourself. I have a program of modules, which I will tailor, to meet your, individual needs.

COACHING PACKAGES
The best way to do the necessary work, is with one of the Transform You Coaching Packages, which allow us to dive deep. These are offered with the option of an eight-week package, or a sixteen-week packaged, based on your needs. Purchasing the session time, as a block, offers a price break, from the regular, hourly, session price.
As we identify your goals, and the specifics in what is required to meet your goals, there may be things, to work through, to achieve your goals. There are personal development modules, which we can work through, as needed, or the time can be spent custom suited to your specific needs and goals.
Some examples of the modules will cover such topics as Limiting Beliefs; Negative Self Talk; Self Care; Codependent Behaviors; Spiritual Practices; Laws of Attraction; Developing Intuition; Manifesting & Creative Visualization; Life’s Purpose; Energy Healing; and Positive Thinking.
We will first take an honest inventory, to get a sense of our starting point, and set our goals. We will then do the detox work, and clean out the negative, so that we can replace, and fill you up, with positive. We will develop new tools and mindsets to not only achieve your goals, but, also, to create a new, beautiful life, full of abundance, love, joy, happiness, freedom, and prosperity, and connection to the Divine.
